To The Sons
This was an animatic-style video intended to capture the mood created in Dustin Pearson's poem "To The Sons". I was lead animator and completed all key animations.
Theory Jam
This was a project spearheaded by Joseph Daval and Josh Cannatelli called "Theory Jam". It is a web series intended to supplement music theory education. Joseph and Josh needed an animator to provide visual aid in explaining complicated music theory concepts. This video was intended as a proof of concept and does not reflect the final product.
Theory Jam Intro Animation
This was the animated intro concept for "Theory Jam". Created in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. Me and the creators of the show had intended for beets to be the mascot, as we could not resist the play on words. Drop the beet!
Motion Builder Style
This was a motion capture practice that I turned into a music video. Why? Because why not take advantage of how hilariously deranged 3D animations can be? This was done using Autodesk Maya 2016, MotionBuilder, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
"P.F.S.R", by Susannah Winspear
I was commissioned to make this lyric video for Susannah Winspear, a talented musician living in New York (remember her name, folks, she's going to make it big). Created in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Free Spirit
Written and animated by yours truly, "Free Spirit" was one of my first 3D animated projects completed at the Barrett Honors College at ASU. It is the story of two spirits in the afterlife, where all spirits have no faces, only painted masks, which they earn once they've completed their training. Big Spirit is old fashioned and only approves traditional art forms in his mask design, but this Little Spirit may just break the mold...
